Greg and his wife, Carol, have four children.  They have served at Sylvan Hills since March of 2006.  Carol serves as coordinator for the Children’s Bible Class ministry.  Greg’s hobbies include hunting, golf, fishing, and snow skiing.  He holds a BTh (Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver), BA in Bible (Oklahoma Christian University), and a MDiv. in Christian Ministry (Southern Christian University).  Greg is a licensed PREPARE / ENRICH marriage counselor.

Ted and his wife, Kathy, have three children and two grandchildren.  He has served the Sylvan Hills church since March of 2007.  Hobbies include music, camping, and hanging out with the grandkids.  Ted is a graduate of Sunset International Bible Institute.  He is an active member of Toastmasters International and has achieved the status of Advanced Toastmaster Gold and also Competent Leader. In addition to the PREPARE / ENRICH Premarital and Marriage counseling, Ted and his wife; Kathy; are certified facilitators for the Dynamic Marriage Enrichment Class that helps couples sustain or build happy, fulfilling relationships that grow stronger.

Kevin Hackett - Youth

Kevin and his wife, Kim, have been married since March of 2007 and have served with Sylvan Hills since October of 2007.  Hobbies include: golf, camping, biking, and sports memorabilia.  Kevin has a BS in Youth & Family Ministry (Abilene Christian University) with a Minor in Counseling Related Psychology.  Kevin is a licensed PREPARE / ENRICH marriage counselor.

Mike and his wife, Becky, have two grown children and four grandchildren.  Mike has served the Sylvan Hills church since May of 1989.  Becky has served as church secretary during that time as well. Mike is a licensed Arkansas teacher and currently teaches AP History and Bible at Central Arkansas Christian.  Mike’s hobbies include music, reading, and his annual stint as Santa.  Mike holds a BSE in Social Studies (Arkansas State University, Jonesboro) and MSE in Adolescent Counseling (University of Arkansas).  Mike is a licensed PREPARE / ENRICH marriage counselor

Allan and his wife, Janan, have four children and one grandchild.  Allan has served Sylvan Hills from ’85-’92 (pulpit minister) and ’05-present (outreach minister).  Janan serves as Health Care Administrator at the River City ministry.  Allan’s hobbies include: scuba diving, water skiing, biking, and traveling.    Allan holds a BBA in Business (University of Miami), MA in New Testament and MTh (Harding University Graduate School of Religion), and a DMin. (International Bible Seminary). Allan is a licensed PREPARE / ENRICH marriage counselor.

Robert and his wife, Dean, have three grown children and six grandchildren.  He has served the Sylvan Hills church since December of 1968.  Dean serves as Primary Department Coordinator in the Children’s Bible Class ministry.  Robert’s hobbies include golf, reading, and attending grandchildren’s events.  Robert holds a BA in Bible (Harding), MA in Religion (Eastern New Mexico University), and MA in Counseling (University Central Arkansas).
