There’s nothing like a new year to
instill a sense of opportunity! Resolutions are made,
work out regiments and diets are begun, and hopes for a
better year are raised. Imagine if there never was such
a day when dreams could be dreamt again. Life would
become drudgery, a mere chore to be endured, full of
frustration and despair.
Through Jesus Christ anyone can
experience a new beginning! God promises, “If any man
is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have
passed away; behold, new things have come” (2 Cor.
5:17). We all have “old things” that need to be deleted
from our lives. Through the cleansing power of Jesus’
blood, the old harmful habits, addictions, and
self-destructive sins can be taken to the curb.
You can experience a fresh slate in 2008!
